Meet Shannon Golladay, an entrepreneur with a passion for helping others and making an impact through online business. Her journey with Mastermind has given her newfound motivation on her entrepreneurial journey and helped her break through the barriers that were holding her back for years.
Before joining the Mastermind community, Shannon felt stuck and weighed down by limiting beliefs. “I felt like I was driving forward with my foot on the gas and on the brake at the same time,” she recalls. Though she had seen success in business early on, she gradually began to lose momentum and confidence. This led to an unsuccessful attempt at launching an online course several years ago.
With the support of Dean, Tony, and the Mastermind community, Shannon found the tools and confidence to take action once again. “Since I’ve been in Project Next A Mastermind Signature Course, I feel like my foot is eased off the brake, and I’m actually moving forward and seeing results again.” Encouraged by the coaching and motivated by the community, Shannon relaunched her course with newfound confidence and excitement. “I’m excited to try it again and make an even bigger impact,” she says, reflecting on her renewed energy.
Shannon credits the monthly and weekly calls with Dean and the community for making a significant difference in her journey. “The calls have been incredible,” she shares. “Even if I don’t always comment or post, I’m watching, and it helps so much to feel that connection with everyone.” She notes how easy it can be to feel alone in online business, but the Mastermind community has shown her she’s no longer alone. Not only was she able to gain confidence in her business journey, but also in her personal life.
Today, Shannon feels more confident, motivated, and connected to her purpose than ever before.She now approaches her business and life with a new sense of optimism and a belief that she can make a real difference.
