Meet James Tomasi Kennedy, an inspiring executive career coach who has guided over 200 candidates in 32 countries to discover their purpose and transition into fulfilling careers. But James’s journey wasn’t always so clear.

“Who the heck do you think you are?”

Those were the voices James struggled with—voices of imposter syndrome, doubt, and the challenges of being a first-generation immigrant trying to fit in. “I kept changing careers every few years, frustrated and lost, unsure of my purpose and what I was meant to do. Seeing Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi inspired me, but I would wake up to my reality, feeling like I could never make an impact like they did,” James shared.

Fast forward to today, and James has transformed that spark of hope into a blazing fire of purpose. As an executive career coach, he’s helping people worldwide overcome the same challenges he once faced. “What makes this work fulfilling is that I’ve lived through the struggles my clients are going through. I get to help them build a bridge to the other side, just like I did.”

James credits the Mastermind program and community for his transformation. “This community has helped me become the person I am today. The program gave me the tools and guidance, but it’s the people—amazing people I now call friends—who have supported me on this journey. With them, I didn’t have to do it alone.”

His message to those considering joining the Mastermind community is simple and heartfelt:
“I owe all my success to Tony Robbins, Dean Graziosi, and this incredible community. I’m honored to be part of it, and I’d love for you to come and join us.”

James, your journey is a testament to the power of resilience, community, and purpose. Thank you for inspiring others to take the leap and transform their lives!
