But his journey to success wasn’t easy.
“I used to be stuck in a 9-to-5 job as a business consultant for nearly a decade,” he explains. “I had no location flexibility, spent hours in traffic, and had to ask permission for everything. I was frustrated, working for someone else’s dreams instead of my own.” Like many, Federico struggled with doubts, insecurities, and limiting beliefs. “What value could I offer? How would I even find clients? Could someone from Spain really charge high-ticket prices? These questions held me back for years.”
He tried different ventures, including trading, investing, and network marketing, but none aligned with his values. When he discovered coaching, he felt inspired, but his first attempt to build a business on his own left him broke, losing over $10,000 on a website, funnels, and paid ads without converting clients. “I became a broke coach,” Federico recalls. “I had to keep working my 9-to-5, and it was devastating.”
One day, Federico decided enough was enough. “I went to the bank, got a loan, and invested in myself by joining Mastermind. That’s when everything changed.” The biggest shift, he says, was his mindset. “Mastermind gave me the tools, but more importantly, it helped me change my thinking. The right mindset will make even the wrong tools work, but the wrong mindset will find a way to fail with the best tools.”
Since then, Federico has built a thriving coaching business, working with clients worldwide and helping them escape their 9-to-5 lives to pursue their passions. His goal is to scale his business to seven figures while empowering as many people as possible to achieve their dreams. “If I can do it, so can you. Believe in yourself and take action. Whatever your mind can conceive, it can achieve,” Federico says.
