Meet Alexandra Sheath, a coach dedicated to empowering parents of neurodiverse children to embrace diversity as a strength, overcome challenges, and support their children in thriving.
Alexandra’s journey began with a personal mission. “For over a decade, I’ve worked in child protection through an NGO focused on bullying and violence prevention. But my own experiences as a parent of neurodiverse children showed me there was more I could do,” she shares. Alexandra realized that many parents struggle with their own mindset and societal expectations, and she was uniquely positioned to help. “If what worked for my son could help others, why not share it?”
Through the Mastermind community, Alexandra turned her vision into a concrete plan. “The Mastermind Hub showed me I could do this on my own. I didn’t need a team to build my website, funnels, or systems—it was all possible within this one platform.” Joining the Mastermind Business Academy added even more structure and support, giving her access to expert coaches, technical assistance, and step-by-step guidance to build her business efficiently.
“The value ladder concept clarified how to structure my offerings—from coaching programs to educational content for parents,” Alexandra explains. “The system is so comprehensive. Whether I need help with technical setups or content strategy, there’s always someone to guide me.”
The impact of the Mastermind community has been profound. “The combination of personal empowerment and a business system is unique,” she says. “Every coach truly cares about your success. They answer every question, provide tailored advice, and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.”
Alexandra’s work now focuses on coaching parents to shift their mindset, address daily struggles, and view diversity as a superpower. “My ultimate goal is to serve the children, and to do that, I help parents transform how they approach neurodiversity.”
Her advice to others considering Mastermind is simple: “You’ll always feel like you’re getting more than you paid for. The philosophy here is about giving and empowering, and it’s transformed both my business and my mindset.”
Alexandra, your story of turning personal experiences into a mission to empower others is inspiring. Thank you for sharing your journey and making a difference in the lives of families. We’re so proud of your success!
