Meet Karen Carponi, a sustainability expert with a passion for helping small business owners implement impactful eco-solutions to save money and reduce waste.
Karen’s impressive career includes working with the Bob Marley family to launch the first eco-friendly headphone company and helping Akon establish a solar energy business in Africa, transforming countless lives. During COVID, she launched her consulting business, Conscious Consulting, to showcase her work and services. Now, she’s taking it a step further by creating her course, “Greening Your Business is Easier Than You Think.”
Karen’s dot, as she describes it, is “helping small business owners analyze and implement easy, fun, and impactful eco-solutions.” Her five-step course will guide businesses to cut waste, save money, and create positive environmental impact. “What’s good for business is good for the planet,” she says with conviction.
One of Karen’s biggest breakthroughs has been in sales. “I didn’t realize how fun sales can be! KK’s tips and sales scripts were amazing.” Armed with her new skills, Karen confidently approached three small businesses, all of which expressed excitement about greening their operations. “That was the start of my journey, and I’m so excited to see where it leads.”
Time management has been her biggest challenge, but the structured workshops and focused time provided by Mastermind have helped her stay on track. “I love that the workshops allow me to get stuff done for this new business.” While her course and eBooks aren’t live yet, Karen is focused on completing them by January, ready to officially launch her new venture.
