Meet Katrina Moseley, A Coach Transforming Lives by Doing What She Loves
Katrina Moseley discovered Mastermind through her real estate business coach, Krista Mayshore, and immediately felt a deep alignment with its mission. “By the time I got to Dean, I was in love with the concept of educating one another through our stories and experiences. It gave me a place to finally do what I was truly called to do.”
Like many, Katrina faced self-doubt. “I worried that I hadn’t gotten far enough on my journey, that what I’d done wouldn’t be impactful enough to serve someone else,” she shares. But through the program, she learned to celebrate her progress and recognize the value of her story. “Those doubts melted away once I took action.”
Taking action meant starting a Facebook community for real estate agents, connecting with 12 agents in her sphere, and initiating service calls to understand their challenges.which led to her securing her first coaching client.
For Katrina, Mastermind has been more than a program; it’s been a sanctuary. “Mastermind has created a space for us to help one another. That’s the spiritual principle—we’re all here to walk one another home. Dean and Tony have beautifully orchestrated a level of humanity that’s missing in so many spaces.”
