Meet Anna Svenvik, a resilient survivor who turned her battle with long COVID into a story of hope, transformation, and new beginnings.

In May 2020, Anna’s life changed completely. COVID left her debilitated, spending 80% of her time in bed, unable to play with her children. Her daughter’s heartbreaking question—Mom, did you used to be one of those fun moms?”—made her realize just how much she had lost. She was no longer herself. She was just ‘sick Anna.’

For years, she searched for answers—reading research reports, trying medications, visiting doctors—but nothing worked. Then, about a year ago, she decided enough is enough. She stopped chasing medical solutions and instead focused on shifting her mindset. She worked on her limiting beliefs, rewired her thoughts, and broke free from the cycle that kept her trapped in illness.

And it worked. Today, Anna is healthy. She recently started training for work again—something she once thought impossible. “Being able to say, ‘Bye, I’m off to work,’ was huge for me.”

When she joined the Mastermind Business System, she realized something even bigger—her greatest asset was her story. She had lived a journey of transformation, and now she wanted to help others do the same. In October, she took the first steps toward her new future:

✔️ Launched her podcast, “Get Out of the Couch,” releasing her first episode on her birthday as a symbolic gesture of her rebirth
✔️ Gave her first lecture, seeing firsthand the impact of sharing her story
✔️ Mapped out her vision for the future, knowing that this new life is waiting for her to claim it

“If I could do this, so can you. We all have this in us.”

Anna, your journey from illness to empowerment is beyond inspiring. Thank you for reminding us that even in our darkest moments, transformation is possible!
