Meet Annie Foley, the “Queen of Curry” whose journey from the mountains of Northern Thailand to the rolling hills of County Cork has been nothing short of inspiring. What began as sharing home-cooked meals with neighbors quickly grew into word-of-mouth demand, with her curry sauces selling out faster than she could make them. Fueled by her passion for food and her heritage, Annie took the leap and launched Shalong Thai Food Company, creating a bridge between her Thai roots and her Irish community.
With no prior business training, Annie joined the Mastermind community determined to learn how to grow her company. “It was a big step for me because I trusted Dean and Tony so much,” she recalls. Through workshops, coaching, and support, she discovered the confidence and tools she needed to not only scale her food business but also step into a new role as a teacher. Inspired by her own journey, Annie created her course 3 Easy Steps to Create Your Own Home Cooked Meals Business, empowering women ages 30–50 to build income and freedom from their own kitchens.
Today, Annie is a published author (Annie’s Thai Cookbook), a thriving food entrepreneur, and an online educator helping others follow in her footsteps. Her mission is rooted in simplicity, authenticity, and joy. Showing women that with the right tools and mindset, they can transform their passion into a business. Annie, we are so proud of your courage, your creativity, and the impact you continue to make in both your local community and beyond.
