Meet Crystal Wong-Kruger, founder of LIOHAN, an ed-tech company dedicated to helping families bond, learn, and grow together through shared experiences. As a busy parent and entrepreneur, Kristal knew firsthand how difficult it can be to balance career, parenting, and meaningful family connection. What began as small, creative one-on-one moments with her own children grew into a powerful mission to bring joy, learning, and deeper connection to families everywhere.
But building and scaling a business around this vision was no small task. Despite her education, tech startup experience, and entrepreneurial family background, Crystal admits, “I had never been able to get out of my own way.” It wasn’t until she joined the Mastermind Business Academy that things began to shift. Through the guidance of coaches and the encouragement of the community, she learned to lean into accountability, overcome fear, and take consistent action. “Even if I bomb something, I know it’s still progress,” she says, celebrating the mindset shift she gained through Mastermind.
That shift quickly turned into results. Using copy and strategy she refined through MBA, Crystal hosted her largest in-person family event expecting 30 families, but ending up with over 300 registrations. Parents left not only happy but filled with joy, and Crystal realized her creative vision could scale in powerful ways.
Today, Crystal continues to build LIOHAN into a movement for modern families, offering interactive programs, events, and an upcoming app designed to make bonding easy, fun, and meaningful. Her journey shows what’s possible when creativity meets the right strategy and support.
