Meet David Holter, a dedicated educator helping pianists take their sight-reading skills to the next level. David’s niche focuses on individuals who already understand piano sheet music and note names but struggle to turn those notes into music on the spot. His mission? To help them unlock the ability to read music fluently—just like reading words on a page—and bring it to life effortlessly at the piano.
David’s journey with Project Next Level [Mastermind Signature Course] was transformative, both personally and professionally. As he shares, “My biggest breakthrough has been to just be myself.” With this mindset shift, David began creating authentic content, recording ideas as they came, and turning those insights into actionable lessons. “I started videotaping myself at the piano with my setup—ring light and all—and it’s been a game-changer for content creation,” he explains. This approach has not only allowed him to produce meaningful material but has also expanded his reach.
Now, with 110 members in his private Facebook group, David has a growing platform where he shares his expertise. But this confidence didn’t come naturally. “As an introvert, speaking on camera or going live was once a big challenge,” David admits. Through the mentorship of Tony, Dean, and their team, he developed the courage to take consistent, uncomfortable action. “I’ve learned to practice, practice, practice—whether it’s modeling energy from a live session or hosting my own weekly group classes and workshops.”
For David, the real magic came from the sense of community. “The accountability team I have now has been amazing. Meeting weekly has built relationships and kept me motivated,” he says. This network, combined with real-time feedback and mentorship, gave him the tools to finally launch on Mastermind.com and make meaningful progress.
Reflecting on his initial hesitation about joining the program, David shares, “I almost didn’t do it because of the cost. But I realized what I really needed was interaction and a team—not just more content to study.” Today, David is grateful he took the leap, finding not only the tools to grow his business but also the confidence to grow himself.
David, thank you for sharing your journey. Your dedication to your craft and your students is inspiring, and we can’t wait to see the impact you continue to make!
