For 20 years, Julia worked her way up in the fundraising world—increasing pay, increasing responsibility, and increasing stress. By last fall, she was juggling a full-time career, caring for her ailing mother, and trying to make it to her son’s football games. She was exhausted, overwhelmed, and miserable.
Then, after her mother’s passing, Julia took a much-needed step back. “I took a couple of months for a midlife reset—to ask myself, who was I before? Who do I want to be? What do I want for my future?” She realized she wanted to share her knowledge with the world in a way that served others while allowing her to reclaim her time and joy.
When she saw The Game Has Changed event, she knew this was her moment. At the end of the three days, she took the leap and joined the Mastermind Business System. In just a few weeks, she has already created an official business name and logo, started building her first course, and lined up her first coaching client
