Meet Kate Winchester, a behavior analyst and psychologist from Auckland, New Zealand, who is transforming lives through her coaching business.
Kate’s journey took an unexpected turn in 2021 when she lost her job and was forced to take her business to the next level. “I struggled with charging money and believing in my worth. I didn’t think I was worthy of achieving the results I dreamed of.” Joining Project Next Level [Mastermind Signature Course] was the biggest investment Kate had ever made in herself, and while it was nerve-wracking, it became a life-changing experience.
“Project Next Level crushed those limiting beliefs for me,” Kate shares. While still a work in progress, she has made significant strides in embracing her worth and confidently charging for her services. Kate now coaches regularly, has planned her master classes, and is actively refining her dot.
One of the biggest revelations for Kate has been recognizing and engaging with her social media following. “I didn’t think I had a following, but I do. Now, I’m reaching out to them with specific actions and creating opportunities to give them what they want while also delivering what they need.”
Kate is loving the process and the personal growth it’s bringing. “The change in my life is hard to put into words. I’m learning so much and enjoying every minute of it.”
