Before joining Mastermind in August of last year, Lise was already a skilled therapist, personal trainer, and bodyworker. But like many multi-passionate women, her gifts were spread across other people’s platforms, other people’s frameworks. She knew it was time to build something of her own—but she didn’t yet know how.
“I wanted to stand on my own legs… but I’d never learned how to sell, how to create a product of my own, how to put everything into the context of really having a business that can thrive.”
And like many entrepreneurs, she thought the answer was more certifications, more education, more preparation. Until something shifted.
“I realized I don’t need another education. I don’t need more skill sets. That belief was actually the obstacle.”

“I couldn’t sleep before that first webinar. I called around and just asked people to be in the room. But I did it. And then I kept going.”
She’s since led multiple paid masterminds from her home, sold private coaching programs, and is now preparing to host her first in-person weekend retreat. And the impact she’s making? It’s not just visible in sales, it’s in the heartfelt words of her clients.
