Meet Shar Stohlman, a compassionate coach helping women aged 35-55 overcome stress, anxiety, and burnout to start living their best lives.
Shar’s mission stems from her own journey through burnout and emotional struggle. “I hit a wall last year while working in middle management in corporate America. For years, I thought I just had to live with it,” Shar shares. “But now I know you don’t—and I want to help other women break free and thrive.”
With a master’s degree in professional counseling and a lifelong desire to serve others, Sharon found clarity and direction through the Project Next Level [Mastermind Signature Course] community. “Dean, Tony, and the entire team have been life-changing. Their authenticity and heart to serve inspired me to step out of my comfort zone and start creating the impact I’ve always dreamed of.”
Overcoming fears and imposter syndrome was no easy task, but Sharon kept her focus on the people who needed her help. “I was once at a point where I was suicidal, and I know there are people out there feeling the same way, unsure of what to do. This program is a blessing, giving me the tools to reach them and make a difference.”
Sharon is now committed to changing lives and making an impact through her work. “This community has been everything to me. It’s given me the confidence and tools to serve others, and I can’t wait to see what’s next.”
Sharon, your courage and determination to turn your pain into purpose is truly inspiring. Thank you for sharing your story and for your commitment to helping others live their best lives. We’re so proud of you!
